At Vendorcommodity, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our handmade cards and printed materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging when possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items to ensure safe delivery. Vendorcommodity is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at office@vendorcommodity.world or call +44 29 2046 1233 within 14 days of receipt
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized handmade cards and printed materials that were created specifically for your order
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Items without original packaging or documentation
  • Digital products or services

General Legal Requirements

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return items if they are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. This right exists regardless of our return policy and cannot be excluded.

If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will cover all return costs and provide a full refund including original shipping charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for handmade cards or printed materials before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, especially for custom items.

To cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order
  • Provide your order number and cancellation request
  • We will confirm cancellation and process any applicable refund

If your order has already entered production, we will discuss options with you, which may include partial refunds or completion of the order.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the receipt of your return
  • Items will be inspected to ensure they meet return conditions
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Refund amounts will exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will process the new order once the return is received and approved.
